◆ The composition and meaning of rebar grades:
Ordinary hot-rolled steel bars:
HRB400 rebar is composed of HRB+yield strength characteristic value.
HRB400E rebar is composed of HRB+yield strength characteristic value+E.
HRB is the abbreviation of Hot rolled Ribbed Bars.
E is the first letter of Earthquake.
Similarly, there are two grades of fine-grained hot-rolled steel bars, HRBF400 and HRBF400E, in which HRBF is the initial letter of "Fine" added after the abbreviation of Hot rolled Ribbed Bars.

Bending properties:
HRB400 carbon steel rebar should be subjected to bending test.After the diameter of the bending indenter is bent by 180°, the surface of the HRB400 rebar subject to bending must not produce cracks.
