◆ Characteristic
Q235 10 inch carbon steel pipe, also known as A3 steel, is a common carbon structural steel.Q represents the yield limit of this carbon steel pipe, and the latter 235 refers to the yield value of this carbon steel pipe, which is about 235MPa.
But the yield value of Q235 pipe will decrease with the increase of thickness. Due to the moderate carbon content of Q235 steel pipe, good comprehensive performance, good matching of strength, plasticity and welding performance, Q235 steel pipe is the most widely used.
◆ Industry&Application
Q235 10 inch carbon steel pipes have the largest output and are widely used. They are mainly used in building structures such as factories, bridges, ships, and general pipelines for conveying fluids.Q235 carbon steel pipes are generally used directly without heat treatment.
Q235 10 inch carbon steel pipe can be used to transport low-pressure fluid, and Q235 steel pipe can also be used to manufacture various abrasive tool handles and other unimportant abrasive tool parts.Q235 pipe is used as the punch material, which can be used directly without tempering after quenching. The hardness is 36~40HRC, which solves the phenomenon that the punch is broken during use.
