◆ Application
904L super austenitic stainless steel contains 0.02% carbon, 19%-23% chromium, 23%-28% nickel, and 4%-5% molybdenum.
904L grade steel plate belongs to low-carbon high-chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel and high-molybdenum stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance, comprehensive resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, etc., and can solve the problems of chloride pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.
904L steel is suitable for towers, tanks, pipes, heat exchangers, etc. in petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, ocean development and other industries. Specifically:
Petroleum and petrochemical equipment, such as reactors;
Sulfuric acid storage and transportation equipment, such as heat exchangers;
Flue gas desulfurization devices in power plants, such as the tower body of the absorption tower, flue, door baffle, spray system, etc.;
