◆ Application
321 steel is a derivative of 304 stainless steel, and there is not much difference in corrosion resistance.
However, under the heat-resistant working conditions of 500-600 degrees Celsius, 321 stainless steel sheets are mostly used.
It is because 321 grade stainless steel has titanium as a stabilizing element, which effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
At the same time, 321 stainless steel plate is also a heat-strength steel, which makes it have better resistance to intergranular corrosion and high-temperature strength, so it can be used to manufacture linings and pipelines for wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment.
